In your customer portal, you can make changes to your subscriptions at any time. You will receive a reminder email or text 5 days before your next shipment. Swap out items, try a new flavor, or switch delivery dates whenever you want. Go wild!
Please note that when you place your first subscription order, it processes immediately and each order after that will be delivered according to your settings.
- How do I change my subscription delivery date or frequency?
Log in to your customer portal here and you can make any edits you need to upcoming orders, including delivery dates and frequency. Pick how often you want it—every 1, 2, or 3 months. You can also swap, pause, or delete your subscription items.
